Hi,
I’m Danny, and I’ve lived in NYC for over 20 years working in architecture. I’ve recently started working for myself and would like to sublet my spare bedroom to help out. I get along with most people, and love the culture of the city, nature, trying all types of food, running, movies, and all sorts of activities.

Hi, I am looking for someone who is respectful and tidy to rent a spare bedroom in my 3-bedroom apartment.
- The Bedroom - There is a bed with a new mattress and an armoire (with drawers). The room has plenty of diffuse daylight and is quiet.
- The Apartment - There is 1 shared bathroom, a good-sized kitchen, and a living room that are all shared space.
- Roommates- just me: I am an architect who works mostly from home and have lived in this apartment for 12 years. I have a great relationship with the landlord, who are a couple that live across the hall.
- The Building - The apartment is a 2nd floor walk-up in a 2-story building.
- Transportation- It is super convenient since the R subway line stops at the other end of the block and 4 stops from Atlantic Ave station.
- The Neighborhood - Some call it Greenwood or Greenwood, and it’s wedged between Park Slope, Sunset Park, and Gowanus it has the flavor of all of those mixed together. A block away is the beautiful Green-wood Cemetery, and Industry City, full of food, crafts, and local distillers, brewers, etc, is a 10 minute walk.
If this all sounds intriguing to you, I would be happy to talk and see if it’s a right fit.
