One furnished bedroom available in a three bedroom apartment. The room is separated from the other two rooms by the kitchen and living room. I use one of the rooms as an office and mostly work from home. The kitchen is relatively spacious for NYC, and has a table and dishes for use. There is a shared bathroom with a shower/tub, and it is right next to the room for rent. The building is two-stories with one flight of stairs to get to the apartment. The landlord, who I have a great relationship with, lives across the hall. The R subway 25th street station is at the opposite end of the block, and is 4 stops from Atlantic Ave station. You can get to Lower Manhattan in 20 mins. It is one block from the beautiful neo-gothic gates of Greenwood Cemetery, and a 10 minute walk to industry City with great food, Japan Village, and distilleries and microbreweries.
