Hi! My name is Yannis and next September I will be attending the New School for Social Research for graduate studies in Economics.

I am an easy- going and social individual who appreciates mutual respect. Most of my day, I will either be at Uni or at my room studying.

I really enjoy studying, listening to music (from Greek Folk to Traore Boubacar and Inti Illimani) and mountaineering (already climbed most of the Greek Mountains). Conversations of economic, historical and political nature are also something likely to occur, given the time and will.

For me it's really important finding a cozy apartment and living with respectful, humourful and motivated roomates. Common spaces are not "a no man's land" rather socially engaging places for all roomates, which ought to be clean and pleasant.

I am looking for a room (preferably with a private bathroom), no further than 35 minutes commute to my university. My budget is 1,600$ per month. I would consider an unfurnished apartment, as long as this is reflected at the rent price. Studios and 1BR/1BT suggestions are also welcomed.
