Hello, my roommate is looking to move out so I need to replace his spot with someone. My roommate and I didn't get along because he expected me to clean for him and do his stuff when he was gone. I am not looking for someone who isn't willing to go 50/50 on cleaning and taking care of common areas. It is a loft in Eado, 2 beds and 2 baths on the 3rd floor (you will have your own room and bathroom. We will split the bills in half (water, electricity, internet, Netflix) Food bill is up to you. We signed a lease in May for a year.

I am a very clean person and want to keep the common areas clean. Single and no pets. I am a teacher and a coach so my work schedule is pretty demanding, so I'm only home at nights and on the weekends. I leave every morning at 5 am and normally don't come home till dark. I do love to workout but I also love to be lazy and sit on the couch and watch Netflix. For the most part, the common areas are furnished (will need a kitchen table) but we can talk about what is needed if you decide to move in. Parking is in a parking garage and it is safe.
