You’ll have your own completely private space in the apartment. The two bedrooms are entirely separate — no shared walls — and you’ll have your own full bathroom and a walk-in closet. There are even two doors between the rooms, so we won’t hear each other. It’s quiet and peaceful, just the way I like it.
I’m super easy-going, respectful, and very mindful of personal space. I work a lot and am not home much — I really just appreciate a calm, quiet environment. Plus, I travel to the East Coast every two months for 15 days, so you’ll have the apartment to yourself quite often.
I do have a small dog (20 lbs) who stays with me in my room. She’s very sweet and calm, and mostly keeps to herself.
