I have a room for rent in my fathers house. My dad had a stroke a couple years back, and is now in assisted living , so that leaves me renting the house to pay the bills. It's a great house, and there is currently a 60 year old male renting one of the 2 bedrooms. He's quiet and keeps to himself.
The whole house is at your disposal, but be aware that my sister and I come down to visit my dad about every 4-6 weeks, and we stay at the house for the weekend. The place is big, and I stay in the sun room and my sister sleeps in the living room. Wer'e gone most of the day and night.
Looking for a dependable roomate. Water and garbage services are paid for, and internet is included. Tennant pays 1/2 electricity.

Room for rent in beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo. Full use of entire house. You get your own bathroom. The other room is rented out also, so it's 2 people sharing the house. Nice kitchen, new appliances. Big living room with vaulted ceilings, very spacious and sunny. Sun room with deck and fenced in backyard. New central A/C. Great community, pool and amenities. Car port. Other tenant keeps to himself. Small pets allowed.
