I’m 41 and lead a very disciplined, wellness-focused lifestyle. My typical day starts at 5 or 6 AM and ends early; I’m not a partier and I don’t bring the "office" home with me. I’m looking for a quiet, reliable room to keep my few belongings and sleep between work trips and international travel. I’ll be based in Miami Beach through the summer before moving to Palm Beach in October. I’m very respectful of shared spaces, value cleanliness, and get along with everyone.
