Private Room for Rent in Scarborough

Hi, my roommates and I are looking for someone to occupy our fourth bedroom in the basement.

About the Room:

I’m not positive about the exact measurements but the room is large in my opinion. Unfortunately, the room has no closet but there’s a stand to hang all your clothes from. There is also water damage on one side of the wall but the previous roommate just pushed her bed against the wall to hide it. The room has a bed, large desk, and chair.

About the House:
The house is small but cozy and located on a major intersection. It is a little bare inside, we still have all the basics but nothing fancy or expensive. Across the street from us is a Nofrills, McDonalds, Subway, and there’s a Mexican restaurant right beside us. Around a 20 minute bus ride away there’s a large plaza with a Walmart, Winners, Dollarama, Shoppers, a second and larger NoFrills, and much more.

There are also four bus stops just steps from the house that can take you to Victoria Park Station, Broadview Station, Warden Station, and down to steeles.

This is a house full of girls, for that reason we will only be looking for another female roommate.

All we ask is that you are friendly, clean, respectful, and able to pay your rent every month. Additionally, that you’re able to contribute to the household (toilet paper, dish soap, cleaning products , etc.)

Rent is $650 a month, wifi is an additional $25-$35 depending on the bill that month. Upon moving in you’re required to pay a deposit of $1350, which is your first and last months rent with an additional $50 deposit for your keys which will be returned to you when you leave.

Move-In day isn’t solidified right now but it’s going to be in early September.
