We are fun loving, happy people who live here. Love music and concerts and live bands. We have a very relaxed lifestyle with lots of laughter and a few groans. We watchrovement a lot of TV , ranging from comedy to home improvement to documentaries. We have a large fenced in back yard with a huge covered patio. We have a fire pit and a cool tub. We have a gas grill and and an electric smokerelectric smoker. Recently remodeled kitchen giving us an open concept, still trying to figure out where everything goes. The bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed with an almost new mattress , a regular chest of drawers., and a day of the week chest. (A tall chest with 7 drawers. Your room is pretty private. It is on the front eastern side of the house. We do have a gentleman who occupies the western side of the house, but he is very seldom at home. You will have to share a a 4 piece bathroom, Hecis home an average of 2 days a week. You room does have a 55 inch Flat screen tv, it does have stripes going up and down on the left edge , but as the tv warms up, they almost disappear. If you have your own tv, no problem. If you don’t, then it’s a great tv and better than nothing. You are welcome to watch the living room TV. It’s a great place to enjoy the backyard and patio. We do have high speed fiber optic WiFi all thru the house. We have a wireless Roku on several tvs.

Again, we are a happy “family”. We realize we have fewer days in front of us than we have behind us and try to live big and laugh and love.
We are located North of Airport freeway so we are close to everything.
