I am a chef, so I really enjoy checking out new restaurants or working on new recipes. I work 5-6 days a week, around 12 hour days, so I am gone for majority of the day. On my days off, I am either meal prepping, running errands, keeping to myself. Very rarely, I might have a couple friends over for birthdays, holidays, or catching up, but that will be communicated.
I don’t smoke or do drugs, but will have an occasional drink. I don’t consider myself a neat freak, but I just ask that you don’t wear shoes inside the house, are someone who keeps common areas clean, and washes dishes after their done being used. I don’t really care how your room or private bathroom looks as that is your personal space.

1 bed/1 bath available for move in starting February 15th. I am looking for someone who is willing to commit a year. The apartment is located in ktown, has a pool, fitness amenities, and laundry on site. The room is unfurnished, but living room and kitchen is fully furnished.
You will get an assigned parking spot in the gated garage. Although it is tandem parking, I just request that we leave our car keys in the living room so we may move the cars ourselves, or we can communicate our schedules so we can move the cars the night before accordingly.
