June-July sublease

Hi! I'm looking to sublease starting June - the end of July. The apartment complex is Roosevelt Point in Downtown Phoenix.

It's a 2 x 2 so you'll have a roommate, but she keeps to herself and works a lot so you'll hardly ever see her. She does have a small dog (who is super sweet and playful) but the dog is kept in the room most of the time. The scale ratings on my profile are set to give you an idea how your roommate will be.

The kitchen/ living area come as shown and your bedroom will come furnished with the bed, drawers underneath, desk, desk chair, and I currently have the living room end table in my room as well.

Base rent is $960, but it will be an extra $100 for the parking spot in the garage (if you need one), and if you don't have renter's insurance, that will be another $15... just under $1100 altogether. If you're looking to live downtown, this is actually much cheaper than the other options + you'll have access to the pool, gym, printing, and community events on the property.

Washer + dryer in unit and utilities included in rent.
