Looking for responsible, professional single women that would like to Sub-Lease a home together. Total rent would be $750 if splits 4 ways. WiFi and utilities will need to be split and not included within the rent. There is one cat on the premise. Washer and dryer in basement of the home, along with full bath. All main areas are shared (kitchen, dining room, living room). Upstairs bathroom would be shared with additional renters, but bathroom in basement is accessible to all.
Preferences include: professional or full-time student, 25+
