This feels like a tree house tucked back on a hill with mountain views. In the El Sereno neighborhood close to Highland Park. Hiking trails right outside our front door, cool neighbors, quiet and private with a small outdoor space. Shared with one other roomate, very recharging and mellow vibes here ! Room has good light and there is alot of light through whole house. The bathroom in the hall by the room is pretty much yours (roomate has one in their room). The room can come empty or it can come with a Queen size bed, nightstand + lamp if preferred..Shared big living/dining room and kitchen with washer/dryer. Parking on street in front of house. 20 minute drive to Downtown.
This space is open and airy and tucked around a corner on a hill. Owner has a modern design aesthetic and it is reflected in the furniture and style of the interior. We want someone who is mindful of others in a shared space but also enjoys a communal atmosphere..it's a family vibe here. We are creatives who love music and hanging with friends.
