I have 1 unfurnished bedroom available to rent in our 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment. We have a puppy. swimming pool. Hardwood floors, laundry on site, Street parking. IT is 2 blocks away from Hollywood & Highland 1 block north of Hollywood blvd.
Deposits is 1000. We’re, looking for 3 to 6 months but could be longer if it works out. Again this is a room for rent

WE are 2 easygoing, clean people. i live with my girlfriend, I’m a contractor/ actor. My girl is a singer. I’m from Los Angeles and I’ve traveled all over the US.

we prefer a woman so she feels more comfortable, but a male is fine too if we vibe:) We prefer someone who isn’t home all the time. we go out late sometimes, so keep that in mind.

The unit is located right in the heart of Hollywood there are lots of restaurants and stores and things to do parks things of that nature. It is a veryExciting place to be.
