I am currently a med student, just moved down here from Reno, NV. I am a very laid back, go with the flow type of person. I have two dogs, so I ask that people who apply have no animals and are dog lovers. I have a tough schedule, but when I have time off I like to have a good time. I also am really big into surfing and I play basketball whenever I get the opportunity.

The home was built this year so all the appliances and amenities are as well. The bedroom I want to rent out is the same size as the master (lots of space) and has a detached full bathroom that you would not have to share. I have two dogs, they are somewhat large but both very friendly and well-mannered. I am a med student and unfortunately I am not home for close to 8 hours multiple days a week so It is very important to me that you love dogs and will treat them well.
