Nova M - $1,000/month

hi there! my name is nova (they/them) and i am an incoming graduate student at UIC in the school of art & art history! i'm originally from south carolina and just graduated from clemson university. i'm looking for roommates (anywhere from 1-3 is fine with me, prefer female or nonbinary-identified roommates) to get an apartment with starting in the fall semester.

i'd prefer rent between $700-1000 per person and i'm flexible on location, but i'd likely be primarily on east campus. just looking for somewhere safe and pet-friendly, as i'll be bringing my kitten with me! i'd prefer to live with someone who already has cats or would be okay with having multiple cats, as i'd like to have another around for him to play with. additionally, for that reason, i prefer to live with people who don't smoke or anything along those lines. i do my best to keep my spaces tidy and i like to stay home, but i do go out sometimes as well!
