Jen K - $1,500/month

I am kind, considerate and quirky. I'm starting a job in a Queens school this September, so would prefer to be all moved in by mid-late August. When I'm not at my day job or socializing, I'm working on my art! ( I work digitally and occasionally with water color, so my materials are not messy and don't smell!). I'm mainly looking for somewhere to live and be comfortable, would be nice to get along and maybe hang out occasionally (and if we happen to become good friends, that's great!), but I'm really just looking for a place to live and do my own thing.

I am not a crazy party animal and do not smoke. I'm pretty nerdy-love cartoons and a good pun! I keep my space clean and will have my own dishes/silverware that I'd wash after use (I don't like the idea of sharing and taking turns with dishes etc, I like the idea of just handling our own messes). I'm very non-judgmental and my friends tell me I'm very comfortable to be around so hopefully that's a plus! Please don't be afraid to ask me any questions!
