Rexwell F - $800/month

I am looking for a place to reside towards the end on January of 2023. I am a single male, no kids, no criminal history and I am moving to Houston for work. I do not have an apartment in Houston as of yet. But I do have some in the process of being ready. I need a place to do basic needs in life all while I work, finish my schooling program for GC licensing and basically live. I am clean, I drive my own vehicle, I have no issues with people and I can't wait to relocate and get acquainted with great Texas. I personally do not smoke, but someone that does won't bother me, I am new to Houston so I will not have company often and I will be working online as well as leaving for work 3 times a week.

I am willing to do a lease from 3 - 6mo and possibly a year. If all works out.
