hey everyone! my name is madi and i am planning on moving to new york in january 2022. i am graduating from ASU this december with my bachelors in health sciences. i am originally from minnesota and currently living in arizona for school. i want to experience a new place and i’ve loved nyc every time i’ve visited.

i am planning on taking some classes in the spring semester at nyu to finish my pre requisites for physician assistant school, which i will be applying to in the spring! i am currently working at a hospital here in az as a patient care tech and plan on continuing to do so after moving.

a little about me; i LOVE to read, mostly fantasy (i know, lame) and contemporary romance. i enjoy cycling classes, swimming and going to the gym. i am a vegetarian, but try to eat vegan mostly (it never lasts long when i commit to it lol). i also love animals and i have the cutest cat named milo who loves to play and cuddle.

while i do spend a lot of time on school and working, i love to go out (i go to asu, so its expected). i like to go out atleast once a week to parties or out to bars but i’m also chill with staying in and having wine nights. im sure the night life in nyc is very different from asu but i would love to experience something new. i am a very sociable person and am fast to make friends.

i am pretty clean, i always clean my dishes and frequently clean common area spaces. i currently work nights and i’d probably continue to do so because i am definitely a night person.

i’d love to live in a apartment with windows and a view if possible. my budget is around $2,000 but i’m pretty flexible with that. as for the area, i’d like to live in an area that has a younger population as well as lots of great restaurants, coffee shops and night life. i’m not really familiar with neighborhoods but thinking manhattan or brooklyn would be best.
