Hey! Looking for a roommate to takeover the second bedroom in my 2br/2ba apartment that is opening up on July 7th. I'm looking to resign with someone by 5/14, the resigned lease amount is $2706 total ($1353 per person), and a 12 month resign is ideal. The apartment is located in Five Points. About me: I'm a Colorado native working in tech downtown. I'm career motivated, easygoing and enjoy an active lifestyle. I keep a clean space and have mostly furnished the unit myself.
