I'm looking for a roommate to move in my 2 Room and Bathroom available at the apartment unit on 1427 Amherst Avenue. The move-in date is on Sept 1st but can move in before or after. Rent and deposit will be required and the deposit will cost as much as the rent. However, I can offset any costs regarding the deposit and utilities for the time being.

Includes living and dining areas. The bedroom, living room, and dining area are currently unfurnished. Furniture will be purchased once a new tenant moves in. You will also need to sign a 1-year lease and fill out an application with management.
