I've been living in my townhouse for 5 years in this cute little part of South Scottsdale near the greenbelt and have a medium sized dog. We're 2 miles from old town and less than a mile from the 101.

Every morning, I walk my dog along the greenbelt. I would love to live with another dog lover and open to another dog as well. I leave for work M-Th and am in and out of the house F-Sun.

After work, I enjoy chatting, making dinner, reading, watching a show, doing a puzzle, or scrolling on my phone. I live a pretty low key life at home with my dog, Maverick. I don't tend to go out late and try to be quiet if you like to be in bed early or sleep in late.

There is a private patio with a storage shed and laundry inside, a covered carport attached to the unit, and you also have a private bathroom. Your room looks out to a pretty community green space, and you share a wall with the 3rd bedroom (my office) and the living room. There is a community pool.
