Hi! My name is Amy and I am a 26 yr old business professional working and living in NYC. I currently live with my roommate in a nice apartment in a luxury building in Murray Hill. She will be moving out the end of September so I need to find someone to fill her room and renew our lease with. The building is very nice, has a 24 hr doorman, elevator, clean laundry room, and a roof deck. It is also dog-friendly! We are right near the 6 train on 33rd st so it is very easy to get around from there.

Ideally I am looking for someone that is also a working professional that is respectful of shared space and doesn't bring the party home too often. I love a good boozy brunch or wine and sushi night, but I do value my alone time to decompress form time to time. I am all about mutual respect and open communication with a roommate and would hope to find someone that feels the same.
