Seeking 2 roommates in Humboldt Park 3 bed/2 bath
Seeking 2 roommates to sublet in a 3 bedroom/2bathroom in Humboldt Park near North Ave and Western Ave. Second story walk-up. Central air, dishwasher, backyard, and FREE IN-UNIT LAUNDRY.
Move in date has some flexibility but January 1st would be ideal. You could start moving your stuff in before then. Lease ends on 8/31/2023.
$817 + utilities per person. Internet is included with the rent.
The lease includes a garage parking spot and I do not have a car so if someone else wants the spot I would ask that they pay $857 and the remaining two people pay $797.
The bedrooms that are available are a bit small but they can fit a queen size bed and bit of other furniture. They also both have decent sized closets and there is an enclosed back porch where you can store some more of your stuff. I have some furniture including a dining room table with chairs but there’s space for you to bring some stuff for the common areas.
I have an 8 year old cat and it would be nice if she had a friend around so if you have a cat to bring with you that would be cool.
