Hi everyone! I’m looking for a bedroom to take over or for some people to apartment hunt with! I’m an artist, I’m working on getting a small business off the ground but in the meantime my day is at a grocery store. I love to cook and have a lot of creative hobbies.
Key points:
- SUPER clean, this is a big issue in my current place so I want to be very upfront and specific. My ideal situation is the whole apartment gets cleaned twice a week so we can maintain a nice place and so that cleaning doesn’t take long
- I have a cat, he is super sweet and has gotten along with other cats in the past so I’m very open to other cats in the house
- Temperature in shared spaces is also a big issue in my current place. I prefer colder so around 70 degrees for the room temp
