Hello!
We are currently looking for a professional to rent out our spare bedroom in our 3-bedroom home located in Highland Creek, Charlotte. With this room, you will have your own private full bath, and all essential utilities, wifi, off-street parking, and an in-house washer and dryer are included in the rent. We live in a lovely, safe, and quiet neighborhood within walking distance to a golf course and access to our 4 community pools, parks, and gyms. We do have a garage if needed, and a walking path through the neighborhood's forest-like atmosphere is also included. We are looking for a responsible tenant who will pay rent on time and respect our few house and community rules. We don't ask for much, but we do expect common courtesy. Our lease is negotiable, but for now, it is month-to-month
