LOOKING FOR 3rd ROOMATE!

Bedroom Available July 1st! (Need to sign lease by May 30)
Rent is $866 + utilities.

My roommate and I are looking for someone to fill the 3rd bedroom so we can resign our lease when our our current roommate moves out. Shoot me a message if you’re interested!

ABOUT THE HOUSE/ROOM

• Rent is $866 + split of utilities/gas/internet (approx. $130)

• 12 month lease required

• Available room is unfurnished and will have shared bath.

• No pets once our roommate moves out. And our landlord would like to keep it that way.

• 2 car garage, we all share based on our schedules

• Gas stove

• Washer and Dryer

• Back patio, plan to re-furnish it to make it super cozy!

• Very close to everything else in Southpark Meadows as well as a short drive to S. Manchaca for nightlife (Armadillo Den is my fave!)

• Short drive to I-35. Also easy to get downtown via 1st or Congress (15-20 min)

• Room is unfurnished

• We’ve lived here for 2 years we have decorated most of the rest of the house. But open to adding more! Our current roommate does own the couch/coffee table/tv center/tv but is leaving them behind for us to keep until we replace (so if you have any of those items, feel free to bring them along!

ABOUT US!

I’m a 27 year old Marketing Manager. I work remotely so split my work between home and nearby coffee shops. I love reading, paddle-boarding, camping, hiking, and hanging out at some of my favorite local spots. I’m a very easy-going person and love to keep our house very clean, and cozy.

My roommate is the 33, and works in fulfillment for an e-comm brand. She is also a very laid back person and enjoys going out to play golf, and spending time with close friends when she’s not at home.

LOOKING FOR:

Someone preferably near our age who is friendly, and likes to keep a clean home. We love to watch shows together and spend time outside of the home together, and would love for someone who is open to new friends.
