I'm originally from the Washington, DC area, but I moved to Colorado about 8 years ago. I work M-F 8-5, 50% wfh. Looking for a chill, respectful roomie who pays their bills on time. I am definitely 420 friendly, just have to de a little discreet due to apartment complex smoking policy. My dog is a 50ish lb boxer/beagle mix - he's only a year old so still a little rowdy but he is housetrained. I love to cook, watch movies, read, travel, and enjoy a nice glass of wine. I'm a homebody, so I might be home a lot but I dont make a lot of noise or have a lot of friends over.

Large bedroom with huge walk-in closet. Room easily fits a king bed, 2 night stands, dresser, and desk. Private bath is not ensuite, but the doors are right next to each other. Ground floor. Safe, quiet complex with great amenities. Quiet area near jogging trails and Chatfield. Uncovered, unreserved parking for $8/month. I have never had a problem finding a parking space in 3 years of living here.
Common areas are fully furnished, and kitchen has all modern appliances - I also have a coffee maker, blender, mixer, etc. Large smart TV in living room with Netflix, Hulu, Max, and Prime. I wouldn't say no if you have a larger or better TV.Great wifi service. In unit washer and dryer.
