Hi everyone! I’m Kyle, and I’m on the lookout for a roommate and a place in Tampa, FL that aligns with a few priorities. Here’s a bit about me and what I’m hoping to find:

I’m starting with PwC in July 2025 but am looking to sign a lease as early as late May 2025. I’m into fitness and lead an active lifestyle, so having a good gym nearby would be ideal. I’m also Catholic and would appreciate being close to a church. My interests include cybersecurity, Xbox, and I value conservative principles. I enjoy having a good time but in moderation and appreciate a balanced, laid-back environment.

In-unit laundry or easy access to machines
Fair parking options
A pool
Convenient commute to PwC
Affordable rent
A balcony would be a nice bonus
