Working professional in the Phoenix, AZ area. I do work from home and also on a hybrid schedule so gone during portions of the day, but I like to keep the household relatively clean while making it a welcoming environment to all. Occasionally I host a game night with friends which anyone is welcome to join. Currently I have no pets of my own but will watch some of my friend's dogs from time to time. Myself, I like to stay active so most times post work I will be heading out to the gym or in the kitchen cooking up a meal and don't mind the spontaneous trips up North as the weather is starting to cool down. Typically, I will go out only 1 - 3 times a month to go dancing or one of the many dive bars in the area. I like to be an open book and yes, I have lived with both males + females before.

One room left available. There is one full bathroom and a half bathroom in the unit as well. One open parking spot in the back with off street parking as being an option for guests. Utilities are only electricity. (water is covered) with internet being at a low fixed cost. Convenient for the area with many shopping center options and a pleather of grocery stores within a 2-mile radius. Can easily get on about any freeway to and from destinations and right in the midtown area. Looking for others that are working professionals to have a safe and comfortable living space. I am a laid back individual and rather clean so looking for someone who can accommodate this and with dividing up household chores. If you do have pets then the landlord does prefer dogs with a deposit (per animal) and an additional $ per month so do keep that in mind. Social or laid back, but not into the party scene.
