I'm looking for a place close/drivable to downtown with a budget of ~$1200. I'm open to moving in with someone, or searching for a new place together. Hoping to move the first week of March.

I work downtown and have a 9-5 schedule. I'm usually in bed by midnight, but I might stay up a bit later on weekends. I love comedy shows, video games, baking, and going out. 4/20 friendly as well.

Ideal Areas: (very flexible on location)
- Riverside
- East Side
- South Lamar
- Other areas near downtown

What I want in a space:
- In unit washer/dryer
- Covered parking
- Proximity to downtown
- Updated finishes
- Private bedroom & bathroom
