Seeking a great housemate for this HUGE house in Russian Hill (3Br / 2Ba). The room is available, unfurnished, Oct 1st for $1950/month excluding utilities.

- Quiet, the house is a stand alone building separate to the apartment block. No street noise our neighbor noise.
- Spacious, the house has two outdoor patio areas, large living room and kitchen.
- Great neighborhood, safe at all hours. Lively in the evenings. Plenty to do.
- Great appliances, in-unit washer/drier, washing machine etc.
- Tons of light, with a standalone house, we have windows on all 4 sides.
- 1Gbp fiber internet.
What's nearby?
- TJs and Whole foods are 15 min walk.
- 50+ restaurants/bars/coffee shops within a 5 min walk.
- Gym around the corner.
- Presidio, Mariner District and North Beach are all 15 minute walk.
