I'm 28 years old, originally from Istanbul, Turkey but in the States for about 10 years now. I'm a late stage PhD student at Princeton (I study literature and history -- political humor in particular), and a bisexual cis man. Currently living in Williamsburg but with a lease up for renewal November 1 and the landlord demanding one of those fairly exorbitant post-Covid rent increases, I'm looking for a new place. At home I'm mostly quietly dissertating; but I do like to cook (and share!) a Mediterranean/Middle Eastern dinner and have the occasional chat/drink with a roommate. Really into theater, records, and hopping on a Citibike and exploring random Brooklyn neighbourhoods. I think I'm a clean and tidy person to live with; and an easy-going but respectful communicator.
