I am looking for a respectful, clean roommate with whom to share an apartment.

HOME
I live in a 2 bed, 2 bath apartment at Acero North Valley. There is a gym, pool, jacuzzi, fireplaces, and BBQ stations. The apartment complex is only 3 years old and everything is run very nicely. I have a single bathroom and single room to offer. My room and bathroom are separated from yours by the kitchen, living room, and laundry room. I will make sure you have equal space in the common spaces (kitchen, pantry, fridge, laundry room). The living room already has furniture and an 82" TV: the decor is modern french country chic. Rent price includes: water, sewer, trash (picked up at the front door), and internet. The electricity bill is halved and depends on usage: the lowest I’ve seen is $78, and the highest I’ve seen is $299 in summer.

PERSONALITY
I am a friendly, single female. I am an extrovert but have lived with many introverts and do very well with understanding their need for quiet and privacy. I communicate openly and directly, appreciate transparency, and love to ensure there are agreed-upon processes in place for respecting each other's unique personalities and needs. I have been tested as an 8 on the enneagram and an ENFJ on the Meyers-Briggs. I love organization and require a clean environment, making sure I clean up after myself in the kitchen and put away any clutter daily.

JOB
I have a 9-5 marketing job that I work remotely but I often go to coffee shops in the afternoon to work. There is high-speed internet, provided by Centurylink.

SOCIALS
I like to have friends over and will coordinate with you to ensure that we share spaces equally. I am a night owl but am extremely respectful of any established quiet hours.
