You will have the space with separate kitchen in my lower unit to yourself.
I like making bonfires in my yard from time to time and you can plant vegetables if you'd like in my garden as I am not into gardening but have a big space and garden box. I am working on furnishing the bottom as an option. However you can have it unfurnished as well.

Sunny south beacon hill unit. I am in the process of getting it furnished so that's an option. Looking for a roommate situation since the laundry and backyard is shared. However the 900 sq ft unit is reserved for you and you have the kitchen to yourself with a private entrance. Plenty of parking and 10 min walk from the light rail and 5 min walk from the 7 line if you need to get downtown again. Easy access to I-5 ramp.
