Looking for roommate
I am looking for someone to renew a 1-year lease starting Feb 1st.
The room:
Large bedroom with good closet, AC, and 2 big street-facing windows. The room has a full bed, desk chair, bedside table, hanging shelves, and full-length mirror included.
The apartment:
2nd floor walk-up. 2 bedroom, large living room with professional projector. It has an open kitchen with cabinets and a full-size dining table. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots/pans, and a toaster. There is a large bathroom with a bathtub.
I am looking for someone who is respectful, clean, noise conscious, communicative, and pays their bills on time.
$2200 per month + utilities (electric and internet) First-month rent and one-month security to move in.
