Hello,
I have a cute quiet apartment for sublease. I'm looking for 3 month stay and then possibly month to month after that. Currently a retired elderly gentleman lives in the smaller room. Since he is there Austin it would be best if you worked outside of the home. You would share the apartment with him. I am 7 miles from downtown, 3 mi from Pacific Beach. I have a garage available for parking. This is fully furnished. There is a gym and a swimming pool as well.
