Wld be tenant wld have access to entire house as wells as its amenities..washer/dryer,free WiFi and a landline house phn for your convience. I have an existing tenant in first room she’s been with me for a few years she’s very clean respectful and keeps the house looking emaculent. She’s older and very mature so in essence I’m 👀for someone that wld mesh well with her. Rents $650mth all utilities are included in rent lease is on a mth to mth basis
