Maggie R - $700/month

I’m a project coordinator for special events for the city of austin. I moved to Austin a year ago to help with my mom. I lived in Germany from the age of 25-47. I am a painter (maggie-rapuano.net) but used be a tour manager and production manager for festivals and shows.
I’m looking for a relatively quiet place near my mom who lives in the northwest hills. like to cook while listening to my music. I ike to have a friend over for dinner now and then, but I am past the party animal phase (if I ever had one). I won’t have anyone over night guests without talking with my housemates.
Pets: I have a fish, carnivores plants and a few “normal” plants.
My last home in Germany was in a house with 7 others. That was a great lesson in cooperating and when needed compromising. I’m tolerant and patient, liberal and anti-racist, (and very tattooed). Kindness, acceptance, patience and integrity are important qualities for me.
