Hi! My name is Cassidy. I've lived in NYC for over three years, and I've been in the same apartment this whole time. I'm ready to mix things up and move to a new neighborhood. I'm looking to search for a two/three bedroom apartment with one or two people. I work in finance and am in office 3/4 days a week. For fun I like to bake, try new bars and restaurants, go to workout classes and volunteer at a cat cafe.

I'm open to lots of neighborhoods - UES, UWS, Gramercy, Flatiron, Williamsburg, Greenpoint, Boerum Hill, Brooklyn Heights. But really anywhere if it's a great space and close to a subway! My major non-negotiables are having my own private bathroom and a dishwasher.

I'm flexible regarding move in dates (ideally early 2025), as I can sublet my room whenever I'd like.
