Williamsburg - 2 bedroom - looking for roommate

Hey everyone! I’m Alex. I have an furnished (or could be unfurnished if you’d prefer) room available in my two bedroom apartment in Williamsburg. The rent on the room is $1350 and around $75/month utilities. $1350 security deposit. The room is available starting July 15th and I’d like to have someone in by August 1 for at least a 10 month sublease with the option for longer if wanted. It has washer/dryer access in the building next door and a wash and fold a block away. I’d like to find someone in their early 20s, student or employed, LGBT and 420 friendly, who likes to keep a clean apartment. I work full-time as an apprentice hair colorist in the Flatiron district. I love Broadway, a good crime drama lol, thrifting, and going out for drinks and a good meal. I’m not much into the bar/club scene but I’m down to hang if wanted. The apartment is diagonally across the street from the L, so it’s an easy commute. Would consider a cat.
