About the room
Welcome! Come live close to downtown Ballard in your own basement unit with two long time friends living upstairs. Very walkable to downtown Ballard, golden gardens, Ballard locks, and very accessible public transportation. The basement has a living room and bedroom, with en-suite bathroom. There is also your own private entrance and dedicated parking. The only things that are shared are the kitchen, storage space and laundry area. The lease is six to seven months. No pets, no babies, no smoking, need to have a stable income/job. If you are a couple rent will be one thousand six-hundred if you are single then we will split the rent evenly.
