I am a very laid back individual that is looking to rent out my extra bedroom. I have a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath house in the Northside Village area. I travel heavily for work and will be out of the home quite often. I’m a very clean person and like to have my house presentable at all times. I have 2 dogs, doodle mixes, they do not shed and are super loving. In my spare time I enjoy hanging out with my friends, hosting dinners, going out to try new restaurants and exploring the night life.

I’m looking to rent out my guest bedroom. It is a medium sized room with a standard closet with built in racks, additional closet available if needed. This room is fully furnished with a new queen size bed with memory foam mattress, 2 night stands and a 55in tv already mounted. There is a full size bathroom across the hall that would be completely yours and also an office complete with adjustable height desk and dual monitors.
My home is 2 years old and has new furniture bought within the last 3 months in the shared space. I take great pride in my home and would like a roommate that will do the same.
