Room for rent at The Avenues in Jacksonville. Looking for someone easygoing, clean, and responsible to take over the room.
The apartment is in a really convenient spot near I-95, St. Johns Town Center, restaurants, shopping, and pretty much anything you’d need. The community has multiple pools, a fitness center, dog parks, and plenty of parking. It’s also pet-friendly. You will need to be added to the lease.
The apartment itself is clean and comfortable with plenty of space. You’d have your own bedroom and access to the shared kitchen and living areas.
Looking for someone who is respectful, keeps things reasonably clean, and is easy to live with. Pretty laid-back household overall.
