My wife and I are looking forward to finding an awesome roommate! We live in a beautiful, plant filled town home.
We have a sunlit private room with full private bathroom from rent. The home has three bathrooms, basement gym, theater, and a small garden. We are near light rail/bus lines, major grocery stores, parks and trails.

I am a student and professional chef; my wife works in real estate. We have a 3 year old pup, Kai.
We are looking for someone clean and responsible, who works full time and/or is in school. Bonus points if you like plants. We are drug and alcohol free and are looking for someone similar.
