Newly renovated very large end unit waterfront condo on the 6th floor overlooking the river and downtown Jacksonville. The condo is gated and secure and a relatively small number of units. The unit has 3 bedrooms but only looking for 1 roommate. Prefer someone serious about life and will appeciate living in a beautiful unit. These units do not become available that often. Very convenient location with amazing views (sunset everyday!). Rooftop has a solarium and sauna. The unit has stackable washer and dryer. Covered parking with 2 spaces for the unit. Fishing from the parking lot if you enjoy that.
