I live in a two-bedroom apt, looking for someone to take the spare room and split the cost of living with me. It is a nice quiet complex called Wilshire Park. I'm charging 100 less than an even split because the spare room is a bit smaller, but if you prefer the larger room we could arrange that. I spend most of my time away from home at my internship with UH. I prefer someone who will clean up after themself as I do and has good Christian values. I mostly keep to myself but am happy to be your friend as well :)
