Hello! I'd like to rent a room/sublease in the range of $700-900/month starting 6/1 (I'd like to visit/confirm a move before 5/1 so I can inform my current landlord). I'd also team up with anyone who wants to quickly find and secure a 2/2 on the market.

I'm a relatively introverted and clean housemate but happy to socialize and go out exploring as safely as possible in a pandemic world. I work from home as a graphic designer during typical working hours. I also play music instruments regularly but can keep as quiet as needed.
