Current roommate and myself are very social and personable but we keep to ourselves throughout the day and respect space.
Common area is frequently clean and we diligently clean up after ourselves. Common area is also fully furnished with large comfortable sectional. Kitchen has all necessities and utensils.
Typically myself and other roommate aren't home on weekends so there is a good deal of privacy despite being a 4 bedroom apartment.
I work mostly remotely but rooms available are on separate floors so noise is low.
Interest include NBA/NFL, PC gaming, and music.

PARK SLOPE, BROOKLYN: Extremely safe and beautiful neighborhood friendly for car owners. Lots of great restaurants and shops in walking distance. 5 minute walk from F and R train lines.
2 rooms available for $1225 UTILITIES INCLUDED each on second floor of a large two floor apartment. Rooms have access to a balcony and bathroom. Terrace exclusive to tenants of our apartment is also accessible on the second floor. Room dimensions included in photos. Smallest room (#2) has access to a large external closet. Bed & frame for Room #2 can be left for new tenants if preferred.
Current roommates are two 27 year old men seeking roommates in similar age range (preferably men or couple) to take one room for $1225 or both for $2450.
Common area is already furnished with large sectional and TV. Kitchen has all necessities and appliances, including 6 seat dinning table with bench and leaf. We have two roommates moving out so decorations and furniture in common area may change slightly.
