Be our new Housemate and you will be able to walk a couple of blocks in one direction to hike in Runyon Canyon and be surrounded by nature. Go a few blocks in the other direction for a wide variety of restaurants and shops in this lovely Los Angeles neighborhood. Nestled on a quiet and beautiful street, this place is a haven of sanity right in the middle of Hollywood.

Your room has a view of the hills and your own private bath. The rest of house has charming original details and lots of space and storage. Updated kitchen w/washer and dryer. There's a large front porch with a glider bench, a huge deck, and a sweet private backyard with two avocado trees. Plenty of driveway parking.

We are a quiet older female and a single male living in this smoke-free 4 bedroom home.

I am in the kitchen cooking a lot. I teach yoga and meditation in the garage studio. I also like gardening, biking, hiking, reading, movies, acting and dancing. I work hard and then like to quietly refresh.

I am in a long distance relationship until my husband moves here this Spring. He currently visits for a few days once a month. I have one busy, gentle and quiet male housemate in the downstairs bedroom.
