Room for rent in house with amenities

I have a room for rent, standard size, main house would be shared space. Standard bedroom is your second hall bath would be yours 95% of the time but is main bathroom for guests or just ease of use during the day. I have a pool and a good size yard that are fair game. One driveway parking space would be yours. Utilities and wifi included as long as it's not abused (for example running a bitcoin farm or somthing). Home office space could be negotiated for more. I have some storage space you could have if needed.
It's month to month because I need the flexability but will most likely be available for the forseeable future. Just went through a divorce and I travel a lot for work so having somone around to watch the house is what I'm looking for. Having friends over is fine, I'm easy as long as your not throwing a huge party or somthing.
